ADHD and insomnia

ADHD has many quality moments, including creativity and sensitivity, however there are issues that literally can interfere with daily functioning; for example, sleep can be problematic for some individuals with ADHD and also mimic some of the symptoms of ADHD, such as difficulty paying attention, restlessness, and impulsiveness. Not getting enough sleep can make ADHD symptoms worse as well and make getting through the day successfully even harder.
