Pandemic Stress Disorder

Enough already, 9 months later and the world is getting sicker! What can we do now to help reduce chronic anxiety and this high level of never ending stress:

Inhale through your nose, exhale through your mouth, slowly, repeat 10 times.

Focus on the here and now, go outside and take a walk.

Realize you have control over certain aspects in your life: What you eat, exercise, taking care of yourself and family, wear a mask, social distance, wash your hands.

You have things to look forward to: family or friends to call and contact etc

Acknowledge your feelings ( anxiety etc) but focus on stuff outside of your head: smell a cup of coffee, lotion on your hands, listen to your favorite music.
